Fruit Topped Angel Food Cake

It's quick, easy and elegant.  This is the type of dessert you would find in any fine dining restaurant.


1 ea Angel Food Cale
1 1/2 cup Milk
3 ea 6 oz French Vanilla Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 
1 box (6 serving size vanilla pudding mix
2 cup fresh strawberries quartered
2 cup fresh blueberries
2cup fresh raspberries




Spray 13 x 9 inch (3 Qt) glass baking dish with cooking spray.  Cut cake into 1-inch cubes; place in single layer in dish.

In medium bowl, mix milk, yogurt condensed milk and pudding mix with wire whisk until well blended

Pour pudding mixture over cake pieces; spread until cake pieces are completely covered.

Gently tap dish on work surface to remove air bubbles.  Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Just before serving, in another medium bowl, gently mix all berries.  Cut into squares & top with fruit
