1.
Cook
carrots covered in ½” boiling water for 8 minutes, drain
2.
Turn carrots into a 1 qt baking dish
3.
Stir in raisins, margarine, honey, lemon juice
and ginger
4.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 375 F oven for 35
minutes, stirring occasionally
5.
Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with
carrots
